Your documents

What you scan is yours. It's stored on your iPhone and we don't receive it (see the Privacy Policy). You're responsible for having the right to scan, keep and share what you scan, and for keeping your own copies of anything important, since deleting the App deletes its data.

ScanMojo Pro subscriptions

• Scanning and the App's free features stay free. ScanMojo Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed yearly or monthly.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in ScanMojo › Settings › Manage Subscription, or in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
• A free trial is for new subscribers. Canceling during the trial means you won't be charged.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Offer and promo codes are redeemed through Apple, have no cash value, and may carry their own terms and expiry.

Fair use

Don't use ScanMojo to break the law or anyone's rights, for example by copying documents you aren't allowed to copy, and don't try to reverse-engineer, resell or interfere with the App.

No warranty, limited liability

We work hard to make ScanMojo reliable, but it's provided “as is”. Clean-up and text recognition are automatic and can make mistakes, so check important documents before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability is limited as set out in the EULA.

Changes

We may update these terms as the App changes. We'll update the date above, and continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
